1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fionafranca.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Fiona Franca, operated by Litt Technologies LLC ("Fiona Franca," "we," "us" or "our").

By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, provide false information, or are used for fraud.

3. Products, pricing and payment

Fiona Franca sells lab-grown moissanite jewelry. Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone, not a diamond. We describe and photograph items as accurately as we can, but colors, sizes and sparkle may look slightly different on your screen than in person.

  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
  • Taxes, duties and import fees charged by your country are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Payment is taken in full when you place your order, through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • Errors: if an item is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and fulfillment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation, not when you receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud, stock issues or pricing errors; if we do, you get a full refund.

Orders are made and shipped by our trusted third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, not from our own warehouse. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

To change or cancel an order, email hello@fionafranca.com within 24 hours of ordering. Once an order has been processed, we can no longer change or cancel it.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide. Orders take 2–4 business days to process before they ship, plus delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier delays and holidays can add time, and we are not responsible for those delays. You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package.

6. Returns, refunds and replacements

Because jewelry is worn close to the skin, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference, except where the law where you live requires it. This includes pieces that match their product page but are not your style, size or fit.

We will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, if your item:

  • arrives not as described (clearly different from the photos, measurements, stone, metal or finish listed on its product page),
  • arrives wrong (not what you ordered), or
  • arrives damaged or defective.

If your order is lost in transit (tracking shows no delivery after 30 days), we will send a free replacement, or a full refund if the item is no longer available.

To claim, email hello@fionafranca.com within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, for lost items). Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We may ask for more details before approving a claim. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Replacements and refunds do not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or items lost after tracking shows them delivered. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Fiona Franca name and logo, text, photos, graphics and design, belongs to Litt Technologies LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission. Buying a product does not give you any rights to our brand or content.

8. Reviews and acceptable use

If you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is honest and yours to share, and you give us a free, worldwide right to use it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated.

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for anything illegal or fraudulent,
  • resell our products as your own brand without permission,
  • copy or scrape the Site, or try to interfere with how it works,
  • file false damage, loss or chargeback claims.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and our products are provided "as is." Apart from the replacement and refund promise in section 6, we make no other warranties, to the extent the law allows.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or allergic reactions to metals listed in the product description. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Indemnification

You agree to cover any costs, claims or damages (including reasonable legal fees) that we face because you broke these Terms or the law while using the Site.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem informally. If we cannot, disputes will be handled by the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

12. Changes, privacy and contact

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
