Processing Time
Orders take approximately 5 business days to process once placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Fiona Franca is not responsible for delays outside our control, including weather, carrier volume, and customs.
Multiple Items
Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
International Orders
Deliveries outside your country of purchase may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and service fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over them and can't predict the cost, as it varies by country.
Return Policy
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been confirmed, refunds will not be allowed. Please double check your order details, size, and shipping address before checkout.
Wrong, Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if it doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date) and include your order number and photos where applicable. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
