Safe for new piercings. This piece is solid 14k gold, so it can be worn in a fresh piercing. We recommend having a professional piercer insert it.
While healing, clean twice a day with sterile saline spray, avoid twisting or turning the jewelry, and don't change it until your piercing is fully healed.
