Orders take 2–4 business days to process once placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. After processing, delivery takes 6–10 business days to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, EU and Australia, and 8–15 business days to the rest of the world. We currently do not ship to the Caribbean. Fiona Franca is not responsible for delays outside our control, including weather, carrier volume, and customs.
Multiple Items
Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
International Orders
Deliveries outside your country of purchase may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and service fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over them and can't predict the cost, as it varies by country.

For hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. Please check the measurements and details on the product page before you order.
Not as Described, Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives not as described (different from the photos, measurements or materials on the product page), wrong, damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no delivery 30 days after shipping, contact us and we'll send a free replacement, or a full refund if the item is no longer available.

For healed piercings only. Only wear this piece once your piercing is fully healed, usually 2 to 3 months for lobes and 6 to 12 months for cartilage. If you're unsure, check with your piercer first.
Clean the post before putting it in. Remove it before sleeping, swimming or showering, wipe it with a soft dry cloth, and store it in a dry pouch.
